An exploration of the tools of yoga beyond asana. Together we will cover mudras, bandhas, pranayamas, meditations, mantra chanting, philosophies- and I will share books/resources for continued study. The techniques will be explained, experienced then taught how to cue ready to implement into classes in an easy step by step way. We will take our teaching back to its fundamentals and endow devotion and reverence through teaching again. An intense 2 hour workshop to refresh our teaching practices and leave our students with more knowledge than ever before so that they keep on coming back to you again and again to learn- not just practice.
