With over 20 years’ experience in personal development, nervous-system-awareness and realignment, Anna guides inner processes, and creates grounded space for insight, integration and transformation. He hosts regular sound healing sessions at Zen Yoga Studio London.With over a decade of experience in sound therapy, Chai qualified with a Diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy in 2015 and has since been offering both group and one-to-one sound bath sessions across London. Chai also facilitates workshops in meditation and self-healing, guiding participants on a deeply relaxing journey through the healing power of sound.
