5RHYTHMS: GATEWAYS 📅 Sunday 6th September 🕑 11am - 5pm In this 5Rhythms waves-level workshop, we will explore the physical gateways in the body for each rhythm. We will dedicate time to different body parts to uncover what movement is available to us, where we are stuck, and where we have space for growth. We will invite curiosity and creativity to help us find ways to expand our range of movement, which will, in turn, enrich our movement vocabulary. By bringing awareness to each rhythm's physical gateway and deepening our understanding and engagement with it, we open to the possibility of dropping into each rhythm's essence and harvesting its medicine, its life force. No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are, move as you can. Just bring your curiosity and open heart—what might be there beyond the known and familiar?
