privacy at PsyConnect
PsyConnect has no user accounts and no cookies. The only personal data it keeps is from the weekly email, and only if you sign up.
If you sign up, we keep your email address and the page you signed up on. We use that page to choose which gatherings come first in your email; you're never asked to fill in a profile. The list is held by Kit (kit.com), which sends the emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and replying to ask will get your address deleted entirely.
Page views and outbound clicks (e.g. to a ticket link) are counted with GoatCounter, a cookieless analytics tool that doesn't track individuals or build profiles across sites.
Event listings are read from a public database built from ticketing platforms and organisers' own calendars — nothing you do on this site is written back to it.
Clicking through to buy a ticket takes you to the organiser's own site or ticketing platform, which has its own privacy policy; this site has no visibility into what happens there.
The community join page and the email sign-up run a Cloudflare Turnstile check, which sends your IP address to Cloudflare to confirm you're not a bot. Nothing about that check is stored here.
