Session two will be a deep dive into YOU. Who you are both as a person and a yoga teacher - investigating with openess and curiosity. Lucy is a performer and actor and will use their performance background to show you how to take up more space vocally and physically when teaching so that the work can pour out of you with authority, integrity and passion. This is the part that will leave your students wanting to come back time and time again- not just for the yoga- but for YOU. By the end of it you will have found your niche and what it is that you want your students to feel and take away from your class, which will be like no other.
