Two workshops exploring movement, presence and connection — a somatic exploration of self, others and the space between. The first, on 2 October, is The Art of Meeting; the second, on 9 October, is Boundaries & Connection. Each workshop can be attended separately, but coming to both allows the practice to build and deepen. No experience needed, just come with curiosity and an openness to move.
