Rumi & Friends Poetry Meeting

The theme for the September 4th meeting is " Grace and Blessings". Hosted by Kim Shams Richardson in the West Studio, Colet House, this monthly in-person gathering is to share poetry by Mevlana Jelaladdin Rumi and by other poets from all of the world's mystical and spiritual traditions - and all languages and historical eras - with song and music. You are warmly invited (but not obliged) to bring a poem or short reading to share, on - or off - the theme. And if you play an instrument, such as the ney or the oud, please feel free to bring it, and play a short improvisatior between some of the poems.
