5Rhythms Dance – Dance Kew

Our Friday night 5Rhythms dance is a weekly invitation to shake off the busyness of the world and return to yourself. Whether you are looking to release the tension of the week, find your creative spark, or simply move in the company of a warm and vibrant community, you are welcome exactly as you are. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. We follow the map of the 5Rhythms—flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness, to find our way back to presence and connection. The Details: Doors Open: 7:15 PM (15 minutes before we begin) to allow you to stretch and settle. Exchange: Sliding scale (scroll down or click Register). Ease: We are a short walk from Kew Gardens station, and there is plenty of free parking right outside. Come as you are. No experience is needed; just a curiosity to move.
