An invitation to reconnect with yourself and others through movement, play and presence.
Drawing on years of experience in contemporary dance, contact improvisation and embodied practices, this session offers a guided landscape that cultivates body awareness, creativity and authentic connection.
Through solo, partner and group explorations, we journey through the qualities of the five elements: grounding with Earth, opening with Air, awakening Fire, softening into Water and expanding into Ether, creating a shared space where body, mind and spirit can move into greater harmony.
