This 7 hour intensive workshop explores boundaries, desire & connection through both verbal communication & felt experience. we’ll practice tools for clear consent, while developing a deeper somatic awareness of what a genuine “yes,” “no,” & “maybe” feel like in the body.Learn how to navigate giving & receiving a “no” with care, explore power dynamics & biases that shape our intimacy, build confidence in communicating needs & limits, practice negotiation skills, identifying soft & hard limits & explore conscious touch in a grounded, relational way.Drawing on different tools & frameworks, this workshop offers practical, real-life tools you can take away with you and apply to your relationships to create more clarity, safety & pleasure in connections.
