The day unfolds in two interconnected parts. We begin with a practical workshop exploring the skills and awareness that enable us to move with greater sensitivity, clarity, and confidence. We then enter a fully held ritual journey, where these teachings can be experienced directly through the body, the heart and the collective field. The workshop creates the foundations. The ritual allows the learning to become lived, felt and embodied.
