Meeting schedule

6.00–6.30: Kirtan — Margaret O’Keeffe (facilitating via Zoom)
6.30–7.00: Shared silent meditation
7.00–8.00: Non-dualism and Dreamwork — Louisa White (facilitating via Zoom)

Louisa was introduced to dreamwork during a retreat in the Catskill Mountains in 2001. A dream that later unfolded in waking reality led her to a local dreamworker who became her teacher.

This marked the beginning of her initiation into dreamwork. Since then, she has been dedicated to practicing and sharing this unique approach. Rooted in non-dual teaching, it allows the dreamer to uncover gateways within the landscape of a dream that reveal the dreamer and the source of all dreaming to be one.

We welcome all who wish to learn and share non-dual teachings to enhance inner peace, embrace fresh ideas and make new connections.

Currently presented both on zoom and live at our home, Colet House, Barons Court, the evenings open with a simple practice such as kirtan, chair yoga or breathing exercises to prepare for a shared half hour’s silent meditation followed by a presentation.
