EMBRACING THE UNKNOWN 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 - 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 This workshop is an invitation to dance with impermanence rather than struggle against it. To allow for what is leaving. To celebrate what is arriving. To discover that beneath every changing form there is an awareness that remains spacious, awake and deeply alive. Every breath, every relationship, every season, every joy and every loss reminds us of one profound truth: 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. Imagine a world without change. There would be no growth, no transformation and no new beginnings. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹. Our resistance to it creates unnecessary suffering in the body, mind and heart. 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲. When something dies, something new is always being born. To embrace the unknown, we must first understand the wisdom of the body through the 5Rhythms®—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Each rhythm teaches us something essential about the natural cycles of living and letting go that are already unfolding within us. Together we will dance from life to death and back again, discovering that movement is one of our greatest teachers. It shows us 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿.
