From coffee to cacti, altering consciousness has been a deeply human practice since ancestral times. Yet most of us were never given an honest map for navigating these realms.
Sacred Hedonism is a monthly circle exploring the middle ground between reckless use and rigid sobriety - where pleasure, approached with knowledge and intention, becomes a path towards deeper connection and collective flourishing.
Each session moves from neuroscience to reflective practice: exploring molecules, mapping contexts - a rave, a walk in nature, an intimate evening at home and asking the questions that remain in the shadows. For the curious, the careful and everyone in between.
Entirely educational. No substances involved. Please bring a journal and a pen.
