Resonance Rising: iRest Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey
Denise guides you through iRest Yoga Nidra then sound baths—rest so deep you might drift into dreams.
When did you last do nothing at all, and feel completely held while doing it?
Resonance Rising is a two-hour workshop for anyone who feels busy, wired or stretched thin. It offers a chance to put everything down for an afternoon. You don't need to know how to meditate, and there's nothing to get right.
How the afternoon unfolds
- Arriving: we start with a guided iRest Yoga Nidra practice. This is a gentle, body-based meditation done lying down that helps a racing mind slow down.
- Breath and intention: a few minutes of simple breathwork, then a quiet moment to choose what you'd like to take from the afternoon.
- The sound journey: you rest comfortably while the room fills with sound from crystal and Himalayan bowls, gong, koshi chimes, a crystal chalice and bells. Some people drift into a dreamlike state, some feel the vibration move through the body, and some simply enjoy rare, uninterrupted rest.
- Returning: a slow, gentle close, with time to come back before heading home.
Who it's for: complete beginners, regular yoga-goers, people who struggle to switch off, and anyone curious about sound healing who would like a welcoming first experience.
