A gentle journey through breath and sound into deep rest

Join us for a restorative breathwork and sound bath journey, combining gentle breathwork
with the resonant sounds of gongs and other sound healing instruments.

These two practices work beautifully together. You'll begin with restorative breathwork,
exploring soft, calming breathing techniques that help you settle into your body and turn your attention inward.

Throughout the breathwork, the sounds of the gongs and other instruments will accompany you,
adding another layer to the practice and creating
a rich, sensory experience.

From there, the experience opens
into a deeper sound journey.
You will let go of the breathwork and be immersed in the sounds around you.

Together, breath and sound offer a chance to pause from the demands of everyday life,
and connect with your body in a space of deep relaxation and rest.
