It is a real pleasure to share this new journey with Joe from Sound Travels, whose deep connection to ancient instruments, nature and the power of vibration brings a beautiful new dimension to the sound experience. The captivating and soothing sounds of the flutes, and his remarkable throat singing, will intertwine with the deep resonance of the gongs and singing bowls, gently carrying our minds into a different state of awareness and creating a rich, immersive journey of sound and presence.

About Sound Travels

Joe is a sound journey artist whose work is rooted in a deep, intuitive connection to the ancient language of sound. He is drawn towards the healing power of vibration and the forces of nature. he creates immersive sonic landscapes that blend traditional instruments, throat singing and sacred frequencies to invite presence, reflection, and restoration. Allowing us to drop into a place where words are no longer needed and we feel rather than think.

With a deep respect and interest for the cultural origins and history of the instruments he uses—from overtone-rich singing bowls and chimes to ancient wind instruments, shamanic frame drums and rattles, central Asian Lutes and many more— Joe approaches each sound as a living story, songs of praise to the ones who came before us who survived many hardships and used sound as a way of expressing their human experience. His exploration is both sonic and spiritual: a journey into the forgotten wisdom of rhythm, nature, resonance, and breath. When we listen/play we feel a sense of remembering something we have lost connection to.

What to expect?
