An afternoon of slowing down beneath the trees, welcoming the change and transition of the autumn equinox under the full moon. Activated spirit oils are used to ground into the body, preparing for a sound and vision journey with the spirit of the drum, mineral (crystal bowls) and wood. The session takes place deeply immersed in nature at a quiet location in Hampstead Heath.
