Surrendered Singing + Sauna

Leave the songs you know behind and listen to what wants to be created through you, and through us. New, emergent, spontaneous, now. A place for reverence and imperfection Where you deeply listen to the group field, what wants to be created through us together, and let that move your heart and your voice.  And as you listen in this way to the group you listen to  the emerging that is created in your own heart and you bring it into expression in service of the group field.This isn't about being perfect. I, myself, don't even fully understand what a harmony is, or all the notes.  But I do know that my voice heals my heart, or maybe my heart heals my voice, when I take a chance and let what's quaking in me find it's way through my being and into the world. When I find the courage to sing what is true, here, and now.  This space is about trust, listening, trying, and learning together.  In gentleness, and in courage.  I've held this space several times in smaller groups, or less time, and it has always been deeply loving, beautiful, and profound. I can't wait to see what we create this time <3This is just a taste from a cabaret where I held a short bit more guided version (singing starts around 3:30):
