Jason Rowe's 5Rhythms practice moves through five energetic rhythms in a sacred, heated church space.
Using the dynamic movement practice we will renew and find fresh ways of being with ourselves, with another and in a group. The Wave is a physical practice combining the different energetic rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Class & Group guidelines are as follows
1. We create sacred space together
2. We gather to practice the 5Rhythms
3. We refrain from talking on the dance floor
4. We turn our phones off
5. We are respectful of ourselves, of others and of the space
Doors open at 7.45pm and close at 8.15pm

Price: Sliding scale £20 Inclusion / £16 Standard / £13 Reduced / £11 Concessions.
No prebooking and all payment accepted by card or cash on the door
The main space has a heated sprung oak floor and great sound system. We suggest you bring a full water bottle, and top ups can be accessed via the kitchen if needed. We also recommend you wear dance clothes underneath where possible and bring an extra layer. Any physical contact inside the church is consensual.
