Your own rhythm: Breath, nature and flow
Conscious connected breathwork to reconnect body, mind and emotions in tune with autumn's inward turn.
I'm inviting you into something deeply powerful.
A guided conscious connected breathwork journey on Sunday 15th November, 9:30-11:00am in Finchley Central, a space to turn inwards, honour the autumn season, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful, trauma informed practice that uses the breath to help you reconnect your body, mind and emotions. We bypass the mind and tap into deep layers of self. This allows us to express the stored anxiety, tension and unprocessed emotions, creating space for healing and transformation.
Your Own Rhythm: Breath, Nature & Flow
A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey exploring what it means to live in tune with your own rhythms, as nature turns inwards for autumn.
We live in a culture that pulls our attention outwards. Constant stimulation. Constant demands on our attention. Always something asking us to look outside ourselves. It's easy to lose touch with what's happening within, and to miss how all of it actually lands on us.
But autumn shows us another way. As the days shorten and nature slows and draws inwards, we're invited to do the same. Not to stop being active, but to find a rhythm and flow that is truly our own. One that's shaped both by the world around us and by what's moving within us.
When we learn to listen to our own internal rhythms, we can begin to meet our own needs.
In this journey, we'll use the breath to bridge the outer and the inner. Breathwork turns up the volume on our internal state, so what is usually drowned out by the noise can finally be heard.
We'll practise this with the music too. Sometimes the music will match what is moving inside us. Sometimes it won't. Both are the practice. Can we notice the difference, and hold ourselves in congruence even when the outer rhythm doesn't match our own?
This isn't about switching off from the world.
It's about learning to walk the bridge of being externally focussed and internally focussed, and back again.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
As always, any questions please don't hesitate to be in contact.
